Outdoor dining terraces and lawn-area seating create multiple viewing experiences for the venue.
The Mixed-Use option utilizes multiple axis alignments informed by the adjacent contextual street grid patterns. Placement and arrangement of buildings create a pedestrian scale environment with outdoor dining areas and gathering spaces.
Gateway opportunities are identified in both options.
