An Urban Campus

AmSouth Center, Nashville, TN

Street-level site master plan for an office tower in the downtown financial district. Designed spaces sit on top of a parking garage. Elements of the plan include corporate identity signage, gathering spaces, and site furnishings.

Pedestrian enhancements include enhanced paving at main building entrances and an outdoor cafĂ© area. The addition of a news-stand structure serves to ‘activate’ the space.

The 'Court of Columns’ symbolizes Nashville’s cultural heritage as the “Athens-of-the-South” and is a gateway into Downtown Nashville.
