Street-level site master plan for an office tower in the downtown financial district. Designed spaces sit on top of a parking garage. Elements of the plan include corporate identity signage, gathering spaces, and site furnishings.
Pedestrian enhancements include enhanced paving at main building entrances and an outdoor café area. The addition of a news-stand structure serves to ‘activate’ the space.
The 'Court of Columns’ symbolizes Nashville’s cultural heritage as the “Athens-of-the-South” and is a gateway into Downtown Nashville.
